Diseño de un sistema de comercio ético de los miembros de Sedex (Smeta) de 4 pilares para la Empresa de Construcción Metalmecánico Mario Bermeo.

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de titulación realizado en la empresa construcciones metálicas Mario Bermeo realizando una investigación explorativa y descriptiva se evalúa mediante Check list para verificar las condiciones actuales de la empresa la metodología auditoría SMETA en los cuatro pilares que son responsabilidad social, sistema en gestión en seguridad y salud ocupacional, gestión ambiente y ética empresarial como cumplimiento a los requisitos de sus clientes como proveedor del servicio que se les brinda. Usando herramientas de Ingeniería, se encontraron los hallazgos en dos pilares que son gestión ambiental y responsabilidad social, identificando las causas y realizando la propuesta ante las deficiencias encontradas, este proyecto es viable debido a que se obtuvo un porcentaje de 14.91%. que corresponde al 85% del ingreso económico de la empresa.

In the present titling work carried out in the metal construction company Mario Bermeo, carrying out an exploratory and descriptive investigation, the SMETA audit methodology is evaluated through a Check list to verify the current conditions of the company in the four pillars that are social responsibility, management system in occupational health and safety, environmental management and business ethics in compliance with the requirements of its clients as a provider of the service provided to them.
