Estudio y diseño de unidad habitacional con cultivos hidropónicos en el Quinto Guayas, este de la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

La ciudad de Guayaquil a lo largo de su historia ha experimentado un constante crecimiento urbano horizontal iniciado por invasiones y actualmente por planes habitacionales, que buscan combatir el déficit habitacional existente en la ciudad, los cuales son ubicados en la periferia por falta de espacio suficiente para estos proyectos; generando en los moradores niveles de segregación socioespacial como son largos tiempos de traslado, falta de equipamientos cercanos, inseguridad, entre otros. Las viviendas que llevan a cabo dichos planes habitacionales son diseñadas sin considerar factores bioclimáticos y niveles de confort higrotérmico. Ante lo descrito surge el planteamiento de un crecimiento vertical implementando el diseño de una unidad habitacional con cultivos hidropónicos, reduciendo el déficit habitacional, los niveles de segregación socioespacial y el crecimiento urbano horizontal, aprovechando el contexto urbano inmediato en el sector Quinto Guayas, Este de la ciudad de Guayaquil

The city of Guayaquil throughout its history has experienced constant horizontal urban growth initiated by invasions and currently by housing plans, which seek to combat the existing housing deficit in the city, which are located on the periphery due to lack of sufficient space for these projects, generating in the residents levels of socio-spatial segregation such as long transfer times, lack of nearby facilities, insecurity, among others. The houses that carry out these housing plans are designed without considering bioclimatic factors and hydrothermal comfort levels. Given the above, the approach of vertical growth arises by implementing the design of a housing unit with hydroponic crops, reducing the housing deficit, the levels of socio-spatial segregation and horizontal urban growth, taking advantage of the immediate urban context in Quinto Guayas, East of the city of Guayaquil
