Humanización del cuidado en los internos de enfermería de la universidad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo describir la humanización del cuidado en los internos de enfermería de la Universidad de Guayaquil. Se aplicó la metodología cualitativa, fenomenológica, con uso de entrevista aplicada a cinco internos de enfermería. Los resultados identificaron entre las habilidades técnicas, las capacidades críticas, reflexivas, comunicativas, de liderazgo, de adaptación, con vocación, empatía, manteniendo comunicación efectiva, afectiva, en interacción con paciente-familia, con responsabilidad, predisposición, respeto a derechos de pacientes, confidencialidad, atención oportuna, con preocupación por el paciente, para motivarlos, garantizando el alivio de su dolor y sufrimiento; por consiguiente, se pudo identificar que la comunicación, cuidados éticos, espirituales, se aproximaron a teoría de Jean Watson, las habilidades técnicas tienen conexión con teoría de Albert Bandura. En conclusión, las capacidades reflexivas, comunicativas, de liderazgo, con interacción enfermeros-pacientes, así como aplicación de principios éticos, espirituales, garantizan que la práctica de internos de enfermería pueda aplicar humanización en el cuidado.

This research aimed to describe the humanization of care in nursing interns at the University of Guayaquil. The qualitative, phenomenological methodology was applied, with the use of an interview applied to five nursing interns. The results identified among the technical skills, critical, reflective, communicative, leadership, adaptation, with vocation, empathy, maintaining effective, affective communication, in interaction with patient-family, with responsibility, predisposition, respect for patient rights, confidentiality, timely care, with concern for the patient, to motivate them, guaranteeing the relief of their pain and suffering; therefore, it was possible to identify that communication, ethical, and spiritual care were close to Jean Watson's theory, while technical skills are connected to Albert Bandura's theory. In conclusion, the reflective, communicative, leadership capacities, with nurse-patient interaction, as well as the application of ethical and spiritual principles, guarantee that the practice of nursing interns can apply humanization in care.
