El perfil docente en la creatividad.

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue Interpretar el perfil docente en la creatividad, en profesores de la carrera de educadores de párvulos, a través de sus historias de vida y experiencias, formación docente, sistema de creencias y valores. La muestra fue Katuska Cepeda. Fue un estudio cualitativo, interpretativo, exploratorio, bibliográfico e inédito. Las conclusiones fueron que, la docente tiene un perfil docente bien estructurado que se muestra en su hoja de vida y en cada una de sus clases, se nota la creatividad, quién es además, innovadora, y siempre tiene buen dominio de los temas que aborda; tiene una ideología política de izquierda sumamente fuerte, no es creyente, no es religiosa, pero cree en un ser superior; Este proyecto inspiró a los investigadores a proponer construir la historia de vida docente de Katuska, además, a seguir investigando las historias de vida desde los perfiles epistemológicos de los docentes universitarios.

The objective of the research was to interpret the teaching profile in the creativity, in teachers of the career of kindergarten educators through of the stories of live and experiences teacher training, belief system and values. The sample was Katuska Cepeda. It was a qualitative, interpretive, exploratory, bibliographic and unpublished study. The conclusions were that, the teacher has a well-structured teaching profile that is shown in her resume and in each of her classes, you can see the creativity, who is also innovative, and always has good mastery of the topics she addresses; she has a very strong left-wing political ideology, she is not a believer, she is not religious, but she believes in a higher being; This project inspired researchers to propose to build Katuska's teaching life story, as well as to further investigate life stories from the epistemological profiles of university professors.
