dc.description.abstract | La posición no litotómica durante el parto permite la libertad de movimiento en la segunda etapa y se asocia con múltiples beneficios. El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la relación riesgo beneficio de la atención del parto en posición no litotómica de gestantes del Centro de Salud Tipo C “Ciudad Victoria”, septiembre 2020- febrero 2021. La metodología empleada fue observacional no experimental, modalidad cuantitativa de corte transversal; la muestra comprendía 125 gestantes, se realizó la recolección de datos con una ficha estructurada. Principales resultados: Grupo etario de 21 a 25 años en el 28% , multípara en el 38.4%, mayores son los beneficios que los riesgos en el parto no litotómico, el tipo de parto no litotómico más frecuente fue sentada en el 35.2%; muy pocas complicaciones, pero la más frecuente fue el edema vulvar en el 2.4%. Propuesta: Plan educativo sobre beneficios de las diferentes posturas de parto dirigido a las usuarias.

dc.description.abstract | The non-lithotomic position during labor allows freedom of movement in the second stage and is associated with multiple benefits. The objective of the study was to determine the risk-benefit ratio of delivery care in non-lithotomic position of pregnant women of the Type C Health Center "Ciudad Victoria", September 2020-February 2021. The methodology used was observational, nonexperimental, quantitative cutting modality cross; the sample comprised 125 pregnant women, data was collected with a structured file. Main results: Age group 21 to 25 years in 28%, multiparous in 38.4%, the benefits are greater than the risks in non-lithotomic delivery, the most frequent type of non-lithotomic delivery was sitting in 35.2%; very few complications, but the most frequent was vulvar edema in 2.4%. Proposal: Educational plan on the benefits of different postures of childbirth aimed at users.
