Propuesta de mejora para el control y gestión del proceso de soldadura a través de la herramienta dashboard en una empresa metalmecánica.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de titulación tuvo como fin, elaborar una propuesta de mejora, basada en la herramienta Dashboard, para así controlar y gestionar el proceso de soldadura de la empresa metalmecánica, lo cual estaba generando pérdidas económicas anuales. Para conseguir establecer la propuesta de mejora fue necesario realizar un diagnóstico en el área. Para la identificación de la frecuencia de los problemas y el análisis de las causas fue necesario la aplicación de la herramienta diagrama de Pareto y diagrama de Ishikawa, con los resultados obtenidos se procedió a establecer las pérdidas que generan los defectos establecidos en la empresa, para posteriormente diseñar indicadores de control mediante la herramienta Dashboard, implementar capacitaciones y ajustar las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo. Mediante el costo beneficio se estableció que la empresa ahorrará $2,28 mediante la propuesta de implementación. Y finalmente se desarrolló un cronograma de actividades para la implementación de cada etapa.

Abstract The objective of this degree work was to develop an improvement proposal, based on the dashboard tool, in order to control and manage the welding process of the metalworking company, which was generating annual economic losses. To establish the improvement proposal, it was necessary to carry out a diagnosis in the area. For the identification of the frequency of the problems and the analysis of the causes, it was necessary to apply the Pareto diagram tool and the Ishikawa diagram, with the results obtained, the losses generated by the defects established in the company were established to subsequently design control indicators using the dashboard tool, implement training and adjust preventive maintenance activities.
