Análisis de la demanda turística del Parque Histórico de Guayaquil para el rediseño de actividades recreativas en tiempos de COVID

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la demanda turística del Parque Histórico de Guayaquil, para así realizar el rediseño de las actividades recreativas en tiempos de COVID, permitiendo utilizar el tiempo libre de los visitantes. Se realizó una investigación con enfoque mixto, es decir cualitativo y cuantitativo dado que se efectuó la revisión de diferentes bibliografías añadiendo a esto herramientas como la observación y el uso de la entrevista, siendo esto de tipo descriptiva, de campo, explicativa y bibliográfica. Esto se aplica con el fin de determinar y analizar las necesidades de los turistas y lograr satisfacer las mismas. Se aplicó la encuesta obteniendo una muestra de 376 personas determinando el número de los posibles visitantes. El Parque es un atractivo de gran relevancia ya que posee la historia y riqueza natural de la zona costera, lo cual hace del sitio un lugar ideal para realizar turismo ecológico y un recorrido al Guayaquil de antaño permitiendo al visitante observar el verdor del bosque en contraste a la ciudad tradicional guayaquileña.

This research work aims to analyze the tourist demand of the Guayaquil Historical Park, in order to carry out the redesign of recreational activities in times of COVID, allowing visitors to use their free time. A research with a mixed approach was carried out, that is, qualitative and quantitative, since the review of different bibliographies was carried out, adding to this tools such as observation and the use of the interview, this being descriptive, field, explanatory and bibliographic. This is applied in order to determine and analyze the needs of tourists and satisfy them. The survey was applied obtaining a sample of 376 people determining the number of possible visitors. The Park is an attraction of great relevance since it has the history and natural wealth of the coastal area, which makes the site an ideal place for ecological tourism and a trip to the Guayaquil of yesteryear allowing the visitor to observe the greenery of the forest in contrast to the traditional Guayaquil city
