Propuesta para implementación del sistema ISO 17025 en el área de calibraciones de la Empresa ISOIM S.A.

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se plantea como objetivo general Diseñar el procedimiento para la aplicación del sistema ISO 17025 en el área de calibración de la empresa ISOIM S.A, se utilizó el método de investigación descriptivo, analizando información sobre la situación actual del laboratorio de ensayos, mediante una encuesta en base al modelo Servqual, se midió el nivel de satisfacción de los clientes, donde el 20% de los clientes se siente con inconformidad acerca del servicio, en todos los aspectos evaluados principalmente la categoría seguridad acerca del servicio que se brinda, a través del análisis de los requerimientos de la norma ISO 17025, se obtiene un 27% de incumplimiento en los requerimientos de los procesos, se propone Implementar un modelo de gestión conforme a la Norma ISO 17025 la cual tiene un costo total de $ 4.860,00, y un coeficiente beneficio costo de 1,89.

The general objective of this work is to design the procedure for the application of the ISO 17025 system in the calibration area of the company ISOIM SA. The descriptive research method was used, analyzing information on the current situation of the testing laboratory through a survey based on the Servqual model. The level of customer satisfaction was measured, where 20% of customers feel dissatisfied with the service, which was thoroughly evaluated, mainly for the category of the safety about the service provided. Through the analysis of the requirements of the ISO 17025 standard, a 27% non-compliance is obtained in the requirements of the processes. An implementation of a management model in accordance with the ISO 17025 standard is proposed, which has a total cost of $ 4,860.00, and a cost-benefit coefficient of 1.89.
