Importancia económica del capital humano en las empresas de seguridad: Caso SEGINTEE.

Abstract

La necesidad de contar con seguridad surge porque la mayorìa de los individuos buscan la seguridad en todos los aspectos de su vida, y la necesidad de proteger sus bienes económicos no es la excepción. Partiendo de esta necesidad creciente de la economía, hemos analizado que la mejor manera de brindar un mejor servicio es la capacitación del capital humano, la inversión en su desarrollo integral. Empezar a pensar en el recurso humano como un ente que marque la diferencia entre Seginter y las otras compañías de Seguridad. La educación en América Latina presenta rendimientos positivos en cada uno de sus sectores de la actividad económica. Esto coincide con resultados empíricos obtenidos por otras investigaciones, realizadas por BARRO y LEE (1996) y BARRO (1998). La población activa con nivel educativo medio superior alcanza una mayor productividad en el sector Servicios, luego en el sector. SEGINTER C. LTDA. Es una empresa ecuatoriana dedicada a la prestación de servicios de seguridad privada y a la asesoría, comercialización de sistemas electrónicos de seguridad. La Política de Calidad, es un documento controlado que deberá cumplir mensualmente mínimo el 80% en la prestación del servicio oportuno y efectivo de seguridad física. SEGINTER C. LTDA. Ha llegado a formar un excelente grupo humano profesional y técnico que está siempre dispuesto a dar servicios de protección integral a toda la comunidad. El capital humano dentro de Seginter es definido como la mano de obra y es el recurso más importante y básico ya que son los que desarrollan el trabajo de la prestación del servicio a nuestros clientes con la finalidad de satisfacer necesidades de seguridad para obtener una utilidad.
