Estudio de impacto ambiental en el Camal Municipal de Guayaquil.

Abstract

El presente trabajo investigativo propone un Plan de manejo Operacional del Camal Municipal de Guayaquil y su medio ambiente; esta investigación ayudará a predecir y evaluar impactos potenciales que se producen en los procesos de faenamiento de esta institución; cabe señalar que el objetivo de esta evaluación es la de cuantificar los riesgos potenciales y poder determinar las medidas que deben seguirse para una buena prevención y control con la intensión de que las operaciones del camal sean amigables con el entorno y el medio ambiente. Para esta evaluación la modalidad de la investigación ha sido de campo ya que esto permite conocer a ciencia cierta el entorno social y la realidad de cómo se desarrolla el trabajo logrando con esto que los resultados sean veraces y confiables, la metodología se basó en una encuesta realizada al interior del establecimiento entre el personal administrativo y trabajadores de diferentes áreas y además se realizó una matriz de Leopold adaptada para este proyecto, cuyos resultadosmostraron los impactos de mayor riesgo que se producen en el desarrollo del faenamiento. Con la aplicación correcta de la propuesta se obtendrá un mejor desarrollo productivo y consecuentemente una mejor calidad del producto, además que se disminuirá los riesgos laborales mejorando la salud y la seguridad de todos los que allí laboran y del entorno en el cual está ubicado este centro de faenamiento.

This research work proposes an operational management plan in the Camal Municipal of Guayaquil and its environment; this research will help to predict and asses potential impacts that occur in the process of slaughter of the institution; it should be noted that the purpose of this evaluation is to asses the potential risks and determine the steps to be folowed for a good prevention and control with the intention that atmosphere slaugterhouse operations are friendly to the environment. For this evaluation mode the research has been of field because this allows to certainly know the social environment and the reality of how the work is achieved in order the result will be accurate and reliable. The methodology was base on a survey within the establishment between the administrative staff and workers in different áreas and also the Leopold matrix adapted for This Project, wich results showed the impact of increased risks that occur in the process. With the correct application of the proffer achieve a better productive and consistent improved product quality development, in addition to occupational hazards it is reduced thereby improving the health and safety of all who workthere and the environment in wich this center slaughter is developed.
