Delito tentado de homicidio frente al delito consumado de lesiones.

Abstract

La investigación parte del reconocimiento en la doctrina y la jurisprudencia en donde se aprecia un concurso aparente de leyes penales entre lesiones y homicidio consumado, es por esta razón que es de suma importancia esta investigación porque permitirá conocer más a fondo conceptos y detalles específicos de todo lo que se toma en cuenta al momento de analizar, estudiar e identificar un tipo de delito. Para poder desarrollar este trabajo me enfocaré en varios aspectos de suma importancia y en definiciones basada en autores que son especialistas en esta área de trabajo, analizaré una serie o etapas que ha tenido que vivir la víctima, entre esta fase se puede analizar si ha existido victimas fallecidas a causa de una tentativa de homicidio o un delito consumado de lesiones, venganza privada, riñas, asalto, y la venganza pública.

The investigation is based on the recognition that the doctrine and jurisprudence in which an apparent competition of criminal laws between injuries and consummated homicide is appreciated, it is for this reason that it is of utmost importance to this investigation because it will allow in-depth knowledge of more specific concepts and details of everything that is taken into account when analyzing, studying and identifying a type of crime in order to develop this work I will focus on several very important aspects and on definitions based on authors who are specialists in this area of work, analysis one series or stages that it has had that the victim lives, between these phases it is possible to analyze whether there have been victims who have died as a result of an attempted homicide or a consummated crime of injuries, private revenge, fights, assault, and public revenge.
