| dc.description.abstract | Problema: El proceso de erupción dentaria generalmente se da en un determinado tiempo y orden cronológico, sin embargo, se han dado variaciones a esta norma por diferentes factores influyentes.
Objetivo: Realizar una revisión bibliográfica sobre el proceso de desarrollo y erupción del diente para conocer a profundidad que factores influyen en la erupción dentaria retardada.
Metodología: El estudio fue descriptivo, analítico e hipotético, reuniendo toda la información basada en artículos científicos por medio de búsqueda de Metabuscadores como Scielo, Pudmed entre otras.
Discusión: El proceso de erupción dental es variable en cada individua, se encontraron diferencias entre el sexo, siendo de mayor prevalencia el varón, otros autores difieren en los factores genéticos, sistémicos y hormonales.
Conclusiones: Existen diferentes factores que influyen para que este proceso se retrase , coincidiendo la edad, el sexo, la raza, el estado nutricional de niño, la genética, factores hormonales y sistémicos entre otros.
Problem: The tooth eruption process generally occurs in a certain time and chronological order, however, there have been variations to this norm due to different influencing factors.
Objective: The aim of this research is to carry out a bibliographic review on the process of development and tooth eruption to know in depth what factors influence late dental eruption.
Methodology: The methodology corresponds to a descriptive, analytical, and hypothetical study as it gathers all the information based on scientific articles by searching academic engines such as Scielo, Pudmedand and so forth.
Discussion: The dental eruption process becomes a variable in each individual on which differences were found between genders, being the male the most prevalent; on the other hand, authors differ in genetic, systemic, and hormonal factors.
Conclusions: There are different factors that influence late eruption such as age, gender, race, child's nutritional status, genetics, hormonal change, and last but not least, systemic factors. | |
