Identificación, evaluación y control de riesgos en trabajadores del área de producción de la Empresa Senco S.A.

Abstract

Esta investigación trata de la identificación, evaluación y control de riesgos, al personal que labora en la fabricación de envases plásticos de la empresa SENCO S.A., se utilizó el estudio descriptivo conociendo la situación actual de las actividades que se realizan en el proceso de producción, e identificando los riesgos existentes, mediante la Matriz Triple Criterio obteniendo que el 47,7% de los riesgos son de un nivel importante, así como se tiene una mayor incidencia con un 52,4% de riesgos importantes en factores de riesgos mecánicos y a través del Diagrama de Pareto se obtiene mayor frecuencia de riesgos mecánicos y ergonómicos, esto debido a que no se realiza un seguimiento adecuado para controlar los riesgos, ni se aplican medidas preventivas adecuadas, por ello se recomienda tomar en serio la responsabilidad en materia de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional por parte de los trabajadores.

This investigation deals with the identification, evaluation and control of risks, to the personnel that works in the manufacture of plastic containers of the company SENCO S.A., the descriptive study was used knowing the current situation of the activities that are carried out in the production process, and identifying the existing risks, using the Triple Criteria Matrix, obtaining that 47.7% of the risks are of an important level, as well as having a greater incidence with 52.4% of important risks in mechanical risk factors and through Pareto Diagram, a higher frequency of mechanical and ergonomic risks is obtained, this is due to the fact that neither adequate monitoring is carried out to control the risks, nor adequate preventive measures are applied. Therefore it is recommended to take seriously the responsibility in matters of Safety and Occupational Health by workers.
