Análisis y evalución de riesgos laborales en el taller de producción de la Empresa Dimetalsa S.A.

Abstract

El trabajo investigativo se realizó en la empresa DIMETALSA S.A. es una propuesta de análisis y evaluación de los riesgos laborales dentro del taller de producción por medio de la Matriz GTC 45, para evaluar los riesgos que se encuentran expuestos sus empleados, con el objetivo de reducir accidentes y ausentismo laboral, organizar las áreas de trabajo y cumplir con las normativas legales vigentes en tema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para lograr el bienestar de los mismos. La propuesta tiene un tiempo de ejecución de 6 meses con un valor de inversión de $9750. Por otro lado, se recomienda diseñar un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional con la finalidad de cumplir con las normativas vigentes que rigen en el país para evitar multas, reducir accidentes y promover la seguridad de los riesgos existentes dentro del taller.

The research work was carried out in the “DIMETALSA S.A.” company it is a proposal for analysis and evaluation of occupational hazards within the production workshop through the GTC Matrix 45 to assess the risks that are affected by its employees, with the objective of reduce accidents and absenteeism, organize work areas and comply with current legal regulations on safety and health at work to achieve their well-being. The proposal has an execution time of 6 months with an investment value of $ 9750. On the other hand, it is recommended to design an Occupational Health and Safety Management System in order to comply with the regulations in force in the country to avoid fines, reduce accidents and promote the safety of the risks affected within the workshop.
