Diseño de un modelo de gestión de calidad para los procesos administrativos de la Escuela de Educación Básica Fiscal República de Cuba

Abstract

El presente trabajo de titulación está dirigido al DISEÑO DE UN MODELO DE GESTIÓN DE CALIDAD PARA LOS PROCESOS ADMINISTRATIVOS DE LA ESCUELA DE EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA FISCAL REPÚBLICA DE CUBA, el cual tendrá como objetivo mejorar el proceso de la emisión del boletín de notas académicas de los estudiantes de dicha institución, a través del levantamiento de información se pudo realizar el respectivo análisis y mediante las técnicas de recolección de datos se pudo obtener información de las actividades que realizaba la escuela, posteriormente se procedió a la elaboración de los casos de uso los cuales permitieron identificar con más profundidad como se venía trabajando en este proceso, conociendo cada rol y actividades, una vez definido esto se procedió a realizar el BPM del proceso AS-IS, lo cual permitió identificar las falencias que conllevaban a la demora de este proceso. Mediante la herramienta Bizagi se pudo realizar el proceso TO-BE el cual es la mejora del proceso para la emisión del boletín de calificaciones, de este modo permitiendo que la escuela esté lista para llevar a cabo en un futuro la automatización y pueda seguir mejorando.

This degree work is aimed at the DESIGN OF A QUALITY MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES OF THE FISCAL REPUBLIC BASIC EDUCATION SCHOOL OF CUBA, which aims to improve the process of issuing the student academic newsletter of said institution, through the gathering of information, a respectful analysis could be carried out and through the data collection techniques, information could be obtained from the activities carried out by the school, then the use cases were elaborated which allowed identifying more depth as was working on this process, knowing each role and activities, once defined this will be processed when performing the BPM of the AS-IS process, which will identify the shortcomings that will imply the delay of this process. Through the Bizagi tool, the TO-BE process was carried out, which is the improvement of the process for issuing the report card, so that the school is ready to carry out automation in the future and to continue improving.
