Abstract

El no contar con trabajo hace que las personas se encuentren con un grave problema, por eso el presente trabajo tiene la finalidad de analizar la reincidencia del desempleo en el cantón Chone periodo 2014 – 2018 y cuáles han sido sus efectos en la población mediante un análisis descriptivo y retrospectivo. Para esto se necesitó de la recolección y análisis de datos con un enfoque cuantitativo utilizando encuestas a 383 habitantes de este cantón de forma aleatoria puesto que no existe información actualizada por parte del INEC sobre el número de desempleados. Se llegó a la conclusión que la hipótesis planteada se rechaza, puesto que los encuestados sostuvieron que existen otros factores como la corrupción, decisiones no acertadas por parte del gobierno, incremento de flujo migratorio, falta de inversión pública y privada y pocas facilidades para ingresar a las universidades públicas son los que afectan a que el desempleo siga existiendo en el cantón Chone.

Not having work means that people face a serious problem, so this work has the purpose of analyzing the recurrence of unemployment in the canton Chone period 2014 - 2018 and what have been its effects on the population through an analysis descriptive and retrospective. For this, it was necessary to collect and analyze data with a quantitative approach using surveys of 383 inhabitants of this canton at random since there is no updated information by the INEC on the number of unemployed. It was concluded that the hypothesis raised is rejected, since the respondents argued that there are other factors such as corruption, unwise decisions by the government, increased migration flow, lack of public and private investment and few facilities to enter Public universities are those that affect unemployment to continue to exist in the Chone canton
