SISTEMATIZACIÓN DE EXPERIENCIAS DE INVOLUCRAMIENTO DE LOS PADRES DE FAMILIAS DE NIÑOS CON NECESIDADES EDUCATIVAS ESPECIALES, EN LOS PROGRAMAS PSICOEDUCATIVOS

Abstract

Esta sistematización se basa en la experiencia de involucramiento de los padres de familia de niños con Necesidades Educativas Especiales, en los Programas Psicoeducativos, perteneciente a la Unidad Educativa Fiscal “Hideyo Noguchi”, al Norte de la Ciudad de Guayaquil, en la Ciudadela “Montebello”, teniendo como objetivo Evaluar los Programas Psicoeducativos para los padres de familia de niños con Necesidades Educativas Especiales, para intercambiar y compartir nuestro aprendizaje con experiencias similares. Siendo el eje ¿De qué manera estos Programas Psicoeducativos dirigidos a los padres de familia benefician a los niños con Necesidades Educativas Especiales? Con un diseño de Sistematización de Experiencias, tomando como fuente referencial el libro de Oscar Jara y así conocer, comprender y explicar la experiencia. Para obtener información fue utilizada la técnica de entrevista a la psicóloga del Departamento de Consejería Estudiantil (DECE), del plantel, facilitando cierta información, y a un grupo de padres de familia que acudieron a los talleres y el diario de campo como registro personal. Obteniendo como resultado que los padres de familia son parte fundamental de los programas psicoeducativos que los involucra en el proceso de desarrollo y aprendizaje integral que favorezcan a sus hijos. Concluyendo que los programas que imparten las autoridades del plantel son positivos, ya que esclarecen las dudas de los padres en temas y por medio de su participación estos adquieren ciertas herramientas que los ayudan a afrontar dificultades y poder reforzar en sus hogares las tareas con sus hijos facilitando el desarrollo del aprendizaje educativo

This systematization is based on the experience of involving parents of children with Special Educational Needs, in the Psychoeducational Programs, belonging to the Goubermental School “Hideyo Noguchi”, located in north of Guayaquil, “at Montebello Citadel", with the objective of Evaluating Psychoeducational Programs for parents of children with Special Educational Needs, to exchange and share our learning experiences alltogether. Based on How do these Psychoeducational Programs developed for parents benefit children with Special Educational Needs? With a Systematization of Experiences design, taking Oscar Jara's book as a reference source and knowing how to understand and explain the experience. To obtain information, we used the technique of interviewing the psychologist of the Department of Student Counseling (DECE), providing certain information, and interviewing a group of parents who attended the workshops and fill the daily register as a personal record. Obtaining as a result that parents are a fundamental part of the psychoeducational programs which involve them in the process of development and integral learning that benefit their children. Concluding that the programs taught by the school authorities are positive, since they clarify the doubts of the parents on specific issues and through their participation they acquire certain tools that help them face difficulties and be able to reinforce at home the tasks given to their children facilitating the development of educational learning
