Estudio y diseño de un complejo turístico bioclimático en el recinto Puerto El Morro, cantón Guayaquil

Abstract

El trabajo denominado ‘ESTUDIO Y DISEÑO DE UN COMPLEJO TURÍSTICO BIOCLIMÁTICO EN LA PARROQUIA EL MORRO, GUAYAQUIL.’Surge de la necesidad de los habitantes del Recinto Puerto del Morro de no contar con un espacio adecuado para poder ejercer sus actividades lúdicas y turísticas; el sector es conocido por la concurrencia de turistas. Sin embargo, aunque este posee cercanía con potenciales atractivos turísticos, estos no son aprovechados al máximo como resultado del desconocimiento de los turistas y de la poca infraestructura que se posee. La importancia de ejecutar este proyecto se fundamenta en ser una alternativa al problema de la recreación turística que a su vez no afecte ambientalmente al entorno natural del sitio. El objetivo de investigación es llegar a estructurar el informe final de investigación para el diseño de dicho complejo turístico mediante la evaluación de paisaje, determinando las necesidades del proyecto, así como la integración adecuada al proyecto-entorno en base al análisis del sitio en donde se ejecutará el mismo. El enfoque metodológico implementado para llegar al proyecto final es el cualitativo el cuantitativo, aplicando técnicas como la observación analítica y la entrevista. Los resultados obtenidos confirman la necesidad de un proyecto de complejo turístico bioclimático.

The project called "STUDY AND DESIGN OF A BIOCLIMATIC TOURIST COMPLEX IN THE EL MORRO PARISH, GUAYAQUIL". However, although it is close to potential tourist attractions, these are not exploited to the maximum as a result of the ignorance of tourists and the little infrastructure that is available. The importance of executing this project is based on being an alternative to the problem of tourist recreation, which in turn does not environmentally affect the natural environment of the site. The objective of this investigation is to get to structure the final research report for the design of said tourist complex through the evaluation of the landscape, determining the needs of the project, as well as the appropriate integration to the project-environment based on the analysis of the site where the will run the same. The methodological approach implemented to reach the final project is qualitative and quantitative, applying techniques such as analytical observation and interview. The required results confirm the need for a bioclimatic tourist complex project
