Herramientas interactivas y su incidencia en el desempeño escolar en el área de matemática

Abstract

La actual investigación da a conocer la influencia que tiene la tecnología en el desempeño escolar de los estudiantes de cuarto grado de Educación General Básica, en el área de Matemática de la Escuela Fiscal Mixta Carlos Alberto Flores, ubicada en la Provincia del Guayas. Considerando el avance del uso de herramientas interactivas en el sector educativo por parte de los estudiantes, ha sido de interés para la investigación comprobar la importancia del uso de la tecnología, tomando en consideración la recolección de datos como la encuesta, aplicada al personal docente y estudiantes, la entrevista al directivo de la institución. La investigación es de tipo descriptivo; los resultados alcanzados han permitido afianzar la propuesta de diseñar una Guía de Herramientas Interactivas y su incidencia en el desempeño escolar en el área de Matemática encaminada al desarrollo psicosocial y emocional estudiantil, lo cual se considera un valioso aporte al sector educativo.

The current research reveals the influence that technology has on the school performance of fourth-grade students of Basic General Education, in the Mathematics area of the Carlos Alberto Flores Mixed Fiscal School, located in the Province of Guayas. Considering the progress of the use of interactive tools in the educational sector by students, it has been of interest for research to verify the importance of the use of technology, taking into account the collection of data such as the survey, applied to teach staff and students, the interview with the director of the institution. The research is descriptive; The results achieved have strengthened the proposal to design an Interactive Tools Guide and its impact on school performance in the area of Mathematics aimed at student psychosocial and emotional development, which is considered a valuable contribution to the education sector.
