Análisis de riesgos laborales en la manipulación de residuos en el Taller Exclusive Car.

Abstract

El presente trabajo se desarrolla en el Taller Automotriz EXCLUSIVE CAR, encargada de brindar servicios de mecánica en general, donde se realizan actividades que generan residuos peligrosos exponiendo a los trabajadores a factores de riesgos, el objetivo de este estudio es analizar los Riesgos Laborales en la manipulación de residuos en el taller automotriz para minimizar los riesgos y reducir los accidentes laborales en la empresa, se utiliza el método de investigación de campo, mediante la encuesta se determina que el 87,5% de los trabajadores encuestados indican que no tienen conocimiento de los riesgos laborales a los que estánexpuestosal manipular los residuos peligrosos y realizar las actividades laborales, se plantea controlar la exposición a los residuos mediante un Plan de Gestión de Riesgos sobre la manipulación de residuos para el taller automotriz en base a los requisitos técnicos legales, teniendo un costo total de $ 22.703,00.

The present work is developed in the EXCLUSIVE CAR Automotive Workshop, in charge of providing mechanical services in general, where activities are carried out that generate hazardous waste exposing workers to risk factors, the objective of this study is to analyze the Occupational Risks in the Waste handling in the automotive workshop to minimize risks and reduce occupational accidents in the company, the field research method is used, through the survey it is determined that 87.5% of the workers surveyed indicate that they have no knowledge of the occupational hazards to which you are exposed when handling hazardous waste and carrying out work activities, it is proposed to control the exposure to waste by means of a Risk Management Plan on the handling of waste for the automotive workshop based on legal technical requirements , with a total cost of $ 22,703.00.
