Análisis financiero y operativo de la empresa Transrodar Cia. Ltda. de los años 2016-2017.

Abstract

Este proyecto analiza el impacto financiero y la operación del negocio, el giro ordinario del negocio, es la prestación de servicios de transporte de carga pesada como es el cartón, pacas, bobinas a las empresas PROCARSA, SURPAPELCORP, INCARPALM entre otras, que también es el despacho del inventario a las empresas relacionadas, posee otros clientes que son menos representativos. En el estudio, analizaremos la situación financiera y los procesos durante los años 2016 y 2017, utilizando los mecanismo necesarios para encontrar los factores que intervinieron en los resultados, la variación de estos dos años, y se determinan las variables que afecta positiva o negativa los ingresos, se medirá el factor humano, el tiempo y recursos, material utilizado para verificar los resultados obtenidos y se determina un diagnóstico financiero y operativo sobre el estado de la empresa.
