| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se centra en la descripción de la dinámica socio
cultural étnica y religiosa de la población afrodescendiente que se encuentra vinculada
al Centro Cultural afroecuatoriano Guayaquil, el cual tiene una larga trayectoria de
trabajo que se caracteriza por la forma en cómo han logrado organizarse y mantener su
herencia cultural viva a través del trabajo con la congregación de laicos misioneros
combonianos del Corazón de Jesús, quienes desde la religión le han dado un matiz
distinto al proceso organizativo, cultural y religioso de los afroecuatorianos en la zona
urbana, involucrando referentes culturales que les han permitido generar un impacto en
el trabajo que realizan a nivel local.
Esta investigación está compuesta de 4 capítulos el primero comprende el planteamiento
del problema, objetivos y la justificación, el segundo abarca todo el marco teórico
donde se plasman los procesos históricos de algunas palabras claves para la
investigación, como son cultura, raza, etnia, religión y organización, el tercer capítulo
detalla la metodología utilizada para la recolección de los datos que fundamentan el
trabajo, el cuarto capítulo contiene los resultados de la investigación, el análisis de los
resultados que se obtuvieron, seguido de ello están las conclusiones y anexos donde
encontraran algunas narrativas cortas con fotografías de la cultura afro - guayaquileña. This research work focuses on the description of the sociocultural ethnic and religious
dynamics of the Afro-descendant population that is linked to the Guayaquil Afro
Ecuadorian Cultural Center, which has a long history of work characterized by the way
in which they have managed to organize and keep their cultural heritage alive through
working with the congregation of lay Comboni missionaries of the Heart of Jesus, who
since religion have given a different nuance to the organizational, cultural and religious
process of Afro-Ecuadorians in the urban area, involving cultural references which
allowed them to generate an impact on the work they did locally.
This research is composed of 4 chapters, the first one includes the approach to the
problem, objectives and justification, the second covers the entire theoretical framework
where the historical processes of some key words for research are expressed, such as
culture, race, ethnicity, religion and organization, the third chapter details the
methodology used for the collection of the data underlying the work, the fourth chapter
contains the results of the investigation, the analysis of the results that were obtained,
followed by them are the conclusions and annexes where you will find Some short
