El proceso de institucionalidad de la economía popular y solidaria en el Ecuador : Período 2008-2014

Abstract

Analizar el proceso de la Institucionalidad de la EPS en el Ecuador: Período 2008-2014. Es el objetivo general del presente trabajo. Se expusieron objetivos específicos como; Analizar la evolución de las teorías institucionalistas, Sintetizar la evolución de las teorías de la Economía Social y Solidaria, Exponer la institucionalidad formal de la Economía Popular y Solidaria en el Ecuador. Se realizaron conceptuaciones sobre teorías institucionalistas y las teorías de la Economía Social y Solidaria. Se muestra información compartida por las organizaciones del Estado, mostrando elementos de la EPS del Ecuador y su legitimación formal hasta la actualidad. Se utilizó el método históricocomparativo, deductivo, analítico, descriptivo y el enfoque cualitativo-cuantitativo y se Obtuvo información del Instituto de Economía Popular y Solidaria y de la Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria. Existen avances en el marco jurídico y regulatorio los cuales han permitido visibilizar este sector, mejorando la institucionalidad y las políticas públicas del país.

Analyze the process of the Institutionality of the EPS in Ecuador: Period 2008-2014. It is the general objective of this work. Conceptualizations were made on institutionalist theories and the theories of the Social and Solidarity Economy. It shows information shared by state organizations, showing elements of the EPS of Ecuador and its formal legitimacy to date. The historical-comparative, deductive, analytical, descriptive method and the qualitative-quantitative approach were used. Information was obtained from the Institute of Popular and Solidarity Economy and from the Superintendence of Popular and Solidarity Economy. There are advances in the legal and regulatory framework which have made this sector visible, improving the country's institutions and public policies.
