educación es lo más preciado, además de ser pilares fundamentales. El trabajo de investigación se centra en la Unidad Educativa Particular Latinoamérica, institución en donde no existen programas
orientados a promover las actividades lúdicas, recreativas y culturales para la prevención del sedentarismo. Para la investigación, se utilizará una muestra de 48 niños en edades comprendidas entre 9 a 10 años; se aplica una investigación de tipo descriptiva y no experimental.
Abstract
Obesity is classified as a nutritional pathology that is considered a
health problem around the world, occupies the first places of primary
care. It is a fact that health and education are the most precious, as
well as being fundamental pillars. The research work focuses on the
Particular Educational Unit of Latin America, an institution where
there are no programs aimed at promoting leisure, recreational and
cultural activities for the prevention of sedentary lifestyles. For the
research, a sample of 48 children aged between 9 and 10 years will
be used; a descriptive and non-experimental research is applied. The
data collection is through surveys that after their respective analysis,
we proceed to structure an intervention proposal to solve the
problem detected in this population oriented to contribute to the
development and quality of life at a physical, psychological and
