Impacto del aborto en Ecuador en adolescentes víctimas de violaciones según el Código Orgánico Integral Penal

Abstract

La presente investigación se desarrolló en base al aborto por causa de violación, ya que esta problemática se da en nuestro país. A partir de la información obtenida se fueron elaborando los capítulos. Así, Dentro del primer capítulo se describe el planteamiento del problema, junto con sus objetivos, justificación e importancia. En el Capítulo segundo se encuentra todo lo teórico, como sus conceptos y definiciones. Luego en el tercer capítulo, está la metodología a emplearse, como el tipo de investigación que se realizó, las técnicas e instrumentos que se utilizó para poder recabar la suficiente información. En el cuarto capítulo está desarrollada la propuesta, donde está expresada la posible solución para que pueda disminuir el porcentaje de abortos en el Ecuador, y que las mujeres den en adopción a los bebés que no deseen tener a su cargo. Para finalizar, agregamos las conclusiones, las referencias bibliográficas, y los anexos necesarios.

The present investigation was developed based on abortion due to rape, since this problem occurs in our country. Based on the information obtained, the chapters were elaborated. Thus, within the first chapter the approach to the problem is described, along with its objectives, justification and importance. In the second chapter is all the theoretical, as their concepts and definitions. Then in the third chapter, there is the methodology to be used, such as the type of research that was carried out, the techniques and instruments used to gather enough information. In the fourth chapter the proposal is developed, where the possible solution is expressed so that the percentage of abortions in Ecuador can be reduced, and that the women give in adoption to the babies that they do not wish to have to their charge. Finally, we add the conclusions, the bibliographical references, and the necessary annexes.
