SISTEMATIZACIÓN DE EXPERIENCIAS PRÁCTICAS DE INVESTIGACIÓN TEMA: ESTRATEGIAS DE DIFUSIÓN DE LOS SERVICIOS DE ATENCIÓN PSICOLÓGICA DIRIGIDA A COLABORADORES DEL HOSPITAL LEÓN BECERRA

Abstract

La presente sistematización, se centra en las actividades realizadas para difundir los servicios de atención psicológica a colaboradores del Hospital León Becerra por medio del Proyecto de Vinculación con la Sociedad titulado “Prevención y atención integral dirigida a la mujer, Familia y Pareja en situaciones de crisis”. Esta sistematización de experiencia parte de la vivencia al desarrollar dichas actividades. A partir de aquello, se realiza un análisis crítico en base a la información obtenida al recuperar el proceso vivido y en todos los elementos que corresponden a la sistematización. El proceso de sistematización se basó en una pregunta eje: ¿Por qué las estrategias de difusión de los servicios de atención psicológica a colaboradores del Hospital León Becerra no tuvieron éxito? Por lo tanto, el objetivo fue analizar las dichas estrategias con la finalidad de comprender más profundamente la experiencia y así poder mejorarla en una próxima oportunidad. Para responder a la pregunta eje se utilizó algunos elementos obtenidos en una actividad que se desarrolló posterior a la experiencia vivida, con el fin de conocer las opiniones que tenían los colaboradores. La reflexión crítica condujo a la conclusión de que la razón principal para que las estrategias de difusión de los servicios de atención psicológica no hayan tenido éxito fue por la poca importancia que le dan a la salud mental los colaboradores del Hospital León Becerra, ya que pese a reconocer problemas, no sentían la necesidad de acudir por ayuda profesional

The present systematization focuses on the activities to disseminate the psychological care services to the collaborators of the León Becerra Hospital by means of the Project of Linking with the Society entitled "Prevention and integral attention to women, family and couple in crisis situations". This systematization of experience starts from the experience when developing these activities. From that, a critical analysis is made based on the information obtained to recover the life process and in all the elements that correspond to the systematization. The systematization process was based on an axis question: Why were the strategies of dissemination of psychological care services to the collaborators of the León Becerra Hospital not successful? Therefore, the objective was to analyze it. To answer the axis question, used some elements obtained in an activity that was developed after the experience lived. The critical reflection led to the conclusion that the main reason why the strategies of diffusion of psychological care services had not been a success is because the little importance given to mental health by the collaborators of the León Becerra Hospital, since despite recognizing problems, they did not have the need to go for professional help
