La logistica y el capital de trabajo en la empresa construcción, montaje electrico y refriegeración CMELER C.A. Propuesta para mejorar el servicio

Abstract

Actualmente los sistemas de refrigeración y climatización juegan un rol fundamental en los procesos de producción, acopio, almacenamiento y comercialización de bienes, a nivel interno y externo, más aún cuando se prevé que la población urbana en 2020, será el 70% de la población total. El objetivo general del presente trabajo de titulación es realizar un análisis de la logística y el capital de trabajo de la empresa Construcción, Montaje Eléctrico y Refrigeración. CMELER. C.A y plantear una propuesta para mejorar el servicio. La metodología utilizada para el desarrollo de la investigación es básicamente de fuente primaria, la misma que se obtuvo de la empresa objeto de estudio, de la cual el autor es el propietario. La información secundaria se la consiguió de instituciones públicas y privadas relacionadas con el tema de investigación. El resultado del trabajo evidencia que la calidad del servicio y las ventas de CMELER.C. A crecerán, si se mejora la infraestructura y la logística y aumenta el capital de trabajo, a través de financiamiento
