Diseño e implementación de una red LAN jerárquica para la unidad educativa “Región Amazónica”

Abstract

En este proyecto de titulación se realiza el diseño e implementación de una red LAN jerárquica en la Unidad Educativa “Región Amazónica” que permita la interconexión de las aulas y la dirección con el laboratorio de computación donde se encuentra el punto de acceso a internet. Con la implementación de la red los docentes y directora podrán hacer uso de este servicio en cualquier lugar del establecimiento, esto gracias a que la estructura propuesta está diseñada en base a una topología de tipo anillo y con un modelo jerárquico de tres capas; contando con una capa de núcleo, una capa de distribución y una capa de acceso, lo que permitirá que la red sea escalable. El uso de dispositivos repetidores de señal WiFi permitirá que el acceso a la red sea por el uso de medios guiados (cable de red UTP) y por medio de conexión inalámbrica. Se usa para el desarrollo de la implementación de la red la metodología PPDIOO porque aporta beneficios a nivel de costo, disponibilidad y adaptabilidad en el caso de implementar nuevas redes o en la actualización de la misma.

In this titling project there is realized the design and the implementation of a hierarchical LAN network in the Educational Unit "Amazon Region", his design allows the interconnection of the classrooms and the address with the computer lab where there located the internet service. With the implementation of the network, the teachers and the director will be able to use this service in any place of the establishment, thanks to the fact that the proposed design is based on a ring-type topology and with a hierarchical three-layer model: layer core, distribution layer and access layer, which will allow the network to be scalable. The use of the WiFi signal repeater devices will allow access to the network, with guided media (UTP network cable) and through wireless connection. The PPDIOO methodology is use for the development of the network implementation because it provides benefits at the level of cost, availability and adaptability in the case of implementing new networks or updating it.
