Diseño de un complejo recreativo, cantón Montalvo

Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene como propósito crear una propuesta arquitectónica, que brinde a la población del cantón Montalvo un lugar recreativo y de desarrollo, ya que actualmente el cantón es conocido por la variedad de afluentes que posee, pero no por espacios de esparcimientos en las que integren actividades recreativas y de deporte, la metodología de investigación aplicada fue con un enfoque mixto, es decir cualitativo y cuantitativo el cual se realizó mediante encuestas, entrevistas y observación al sector donde se analizó la creación del Complejo Recreativo. Mediante la cual se identificaron la ausencia de lugares de esparcimiento común para que los habitantes puedan desarrollar diferentes deportes como lo son indor, básquet, natación entre otros. La propuesta planteada busca cubrir la necesidad de poseer un lugar construido idóneamente para la práctica de estas actividades mediante el Diseño de un Complejo Recreativo el cual mejorará la imagen del Cantón Montalvo.

The objective of this project is to create an architectural proposal that provides the population of the Montalvo canton with a recreational and development space, since the canton is currently known for the variety of tributaries it has, but not for recreational spaces where integrating recreational and sports activities, the applied research methodology was mixed, qualitative and quantitative, which was created through surveys, interviews and observation of the sector where the creation of the Recreation Complex was analyzed. By means of which they identified the absence of places of common leisure so that the animals develop like sports, basketball, swimming among others. The proposed proposal seeks to cover the need to have a tailor made place for the practice of these activities through the Design of a Recreational Complex for which to improve the image of Canton Montalvo.
