Estudio de la gestión contable de la cooperativa de transporte de pasajeros Inés María (CITIM).

Abstract

CITIM es una cooperativa que se dedica a dar el servicio de transporte que va dirigida a todo el público en general con el fin de ayudarlos a trasladarse de una forma cómoda, para lograr la satisfacción absoluta de sus fieles usuarios. Dentro de la cooperativa se observó diferentes falencias en cuanto a la gestión que realiza el departamento contable, la finalidad del presente trabajo investigativo es mejorar los procesos y optimizar recursos. Se explicarán las bases teóricas, se realizarán encuestas también se determinarán conclusiones y recomendaciones, dentro de la propuesta se desarrollará el manual de procedimientos políticas y funciones el mismo que ayudará a cumplir los objetivos del departamento contable y que sus trabajadores cumplan sus funciones correctamente y así se pueda mejorar la gestión contable en dicha empresa.
