Estudio y diseño del nuevo cementerio para la parroquia Manglaralto del cantón Santa Elena, 2016

Abstract

El actual cementerio de Manglaralto se encuentra en una situación precaria, ya que tiene de existencia alrededor de 100 años, solo cuenta con un numero de 200 tumbas con enterramientos en el suelo y que no han sido estudiadas en cuanto a su impacto ambiental y el recurso de instalaciones que necesitan, con el fin de mejorar esta situación se plantea la propuesta de un nuevo diseño de cementerios para Manglaralto, con un diseño paisajista que respete el medio ambiente y le dé un carácter de cementerio jardín, tomando en cuenta el tipo de entierros ancestrales de la cultura Valdivia, propia de esta región, el entierro en árbol familiar, y el entierro vertical, previamente situados de forma que se optimice el espacio y estéticamente sea agradable y cómodo para los usuarios. La metodología adoptada en el desarrollo del trabajo de titulación es basada en el método científico, que se divide en cuatro etapas: Investigación, Recolección - Procesamiento de Datos y Análisis, Conclusiones y, Propuesta. Adicionalmente aplica métodos reflexivos del pensamiento como es el análisis, síntesis, la inducción y deducción. El enfoque de la investigación es mixto porque se trata de investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa y describe la caracterización de la realidad del área de estudio y cuantifica los datos obtenidos en el campo. Las técnicas aplicadas son la recopilación documental, observación y la encuesta- muestreo. En el proyecto arquitectónico se tomarán en cuenta criterios de sustentabilidad, paisajismo y la aplicación de nuevas tecnologías tanto para el uso de energías renovables como para la gestión de seguridad del nuevo cementerio.
