Causas de histerectomía en el Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil

Abstract

Uno de los problemas que presentan las pacientes en los diferentes momentos es debido a la condición de la endometriosis, miomas, fibromas, hemorragias abundantes y virus del papiloma humano. Debemos resaltar este punto como uno de los más importantes para el investigador ya que es aquí donde realmente parte la premisa y el tema tratado al interior de él mismo, verificando sus fortalezas y debilidades mediante la intervención directa de una serie de estrategias tratadas como el todo del investigador. Exponiendo como propuesta el elaborar un manual básico de aprendizaje para fortalecer el conocimiento del personal médico y de las pacientes sobre la histerectomía. Como objetivo general tenemos el realizar un estudio sobre las causas que conllevan a una histerectomía en el Hospital Universitario, de la Ciudad de Guayaquil, Provincia del Guayas. Los objetivos específicos son: Analizar las causas para una histerectomía, Identificar la causa más frecuente que motiva la histerectomía para elaborar una guía de prevención para no llegar a una histerectomía. Cabe destacar que este proyecto educativo se presenta como una alternativa especifica a los diversos problemas de salud que pueden desencadenar en este tipo de intervención quirúrgica. Por ello es factible la aplicación de la propuesta dentro del Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil.

One of the problems that the patients present in the different moments is due to the condition of the endometriosis, myomas, fibroids, abundant hemorrhages and virus of the human papiloma. We must highlight this point as one of the most important for the investigator since it is here where really it divides the premise and the topic treated to the interior about him itself, checking his strengths and weaknesses by means of the direct intervention of a series of strategies treated as everything of the investigator. Exhibiting like proposed to elaborate a basic manual of learning to strengthen the knowledge of the medical personnel and of the patients on the hysterectomy. Since general aim we have realize a study on the reasons that they carry to a hysterectomy in the University Hospital, of the City of Guayaquil, Province of the Guayas. The specific aims are: To analyze the reasons for a hysterectomy, To identify the most frequent reason that motivates the hysterectomy and a guide of prevention to elaborate not to come to a hysterectomy. It is necessary to emphasize that this educational project appears as a specific alternative to the diverse problems of health that they can unleash in this type of surgical intervention.
