Factores de riesgo y complicaciones en gestantes con preeclampsia, Hospital Liborio Panchana

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar Factores de riesgo y complicaciones en gestantes con preeclampsia que acuden al Hospital Liborio Panchana Sotomayor en el 2016 – 2017. Metodología: Descriptiva, cuantitativo. Diseño de la investigación: No experimental, prospectivo, indirecto. Resultados: En el estudio que se realizó en las pacientes ingresadas al área de hospitalización en el Hospital Liborio Panchana Sotomayor en el periodo de 2016 – 2017, se obtuvo un total de 86 pacientes con diagnóstico de preeclampsia siendo nuestro 100% de la investigación. De acuerdo a la edad tenemos que entre 15 a 25 años de edad corresponde a un total de 39 pacientes; de 26 a 35 años de edad tenemos la cantidad de 34 pacientes; entre 36 a 45 años de edad hubieron 12 pacientes; y por último las mayores de 45 años de edad se obtuvo el resultado de una paciente. En tanto a los factores de riesgos tenemos: 30 pacientes primigestas con un porcentaje de 34,80%; 20 pacientes con preeclampsia anterior con un 23,25%; 10 pacientes con diagnóstico de Diabetes Mellitus con un porcentaje de 11,62%; 11 pacientes que tienen otros tipos de padecimientos que corresponde al 12,79%; y 15 pacientes con ningún otro padecimiento con el porcentaje de 17,44%. Por otro lado, de acuerdo con la frecuencia por años de gestantes con diagnóstico de preeclampsia en el año 2016 tenemos como resultado 33 pacientes con un porcentaje de 38,37%; y en el año 2017 aumentó esa cantidad en dicha institución ahora con 53 pacientes con un porcentaje de 61,62% con la suma de los 2 años consecutivos de 86 pacientes que corresponde el 100% del estudio correspondiente. Las complicaciones en las pacientes en estudio se obtuvo una cantidad de: 45 pacientes gestantes tuvieron una complicación de Eclampsia; 10 pacientes padecieron de CID; 5 pacientes sufrieron de Hemorragia pos parto; y 26 pacientes con preeclampsia estuvieron con otros tipos de complicaciones. Y por último de acuerdo a los síntomas y signos más frecuentes investigados en estas pacientes hospitalizadas con diagnóstico de preeclampsia se obtiene como resultado: 30 pacientes con cefalea con un porcentaje de 34,88%; 28 pacientes con síntoma de dolor abdominal con 32,55%; 10 pacientes con sangrado vaginal con el porcentaje de 11,62%; y otras alteraciones de las pacientes con preeclampsia se obtuvo una cantidad de 18 con un porcentaje de 20,93%.

Objective: To determine risk factors and complications in pregnant women with preeclampsia who come to the Hospital Liborio Panchana Sotomayor in 2016 - 2017. Methodology: Descriptive, quantitative. Research design: In the study that was carried out in the patients admitted to the hospitalization area in the Hospital Liborio Panchana Sotomayor in the period of 2016 - 2017, a total of 86 patients with diagnosis of preeclampsia were obtained, being our 100% of the investigation. According to age we have that between 15 and 25 years of age corresponds to a total of 39 patients; from 26 to 35 years of age we have the number of 34 patients; between 36 to 45 years of age there were 12 patients; and finally, those over 45 years of age obtained the result of one patient. In terms of the risk factors we have: 30 primiparous patients with a percentage of 34.80%; 20 patients with anterior preeclampsia with 23.25%; 10 patients diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus with a percentage of 11.62%; 11 patients who have other types of ailments corresponding to 12.79%; and 15 patients with no other condition with the percentage of 17.44%. On the other hand, according to the frequency per year of pregnant women diagnosed with preeclampsia in 2016, we have 33 patients with a percentage of 38.37%; and in 2017 that amount increased in that institution now with 53 patients with a percentage of 61.62% with the sum of the 2 consecutive years of 86 patients corresponding to 100% of the corresponding study. Complications in the study patients were obtained an amount of: 45 pregnant patients had a complication of Eclampsia; 10 patients suffered from CID; 5 patients suffered from Postpartum Hemorrhage; and 26 patients with preeclampsia were with other types of complications. And finally, according to the most frequent symptoms and signs investigated in these hospitalized patients with a diagnosis of preeclampsia, the result is: 30 patients with headache with a percentage of 34.88%; 28 patients with symptom of abdominal pain with 32.55%; 10 patients with vaginal bleeding with the percentage of 11.62%; and other alterations of the patients with preeclampsia, an amount of 18 was obtained with a percentage of 20.93%.
