Análisis e implementación del sistema open source GLPI para la gestión de requerimientos y generación de indicadores tecnológicos (KPI´S) automatizando el proceso de soporte técnico en el departamento de tecnología de la información de la Empresa Alimensabor CÍA. LTDA.

Abstract

El presente proyecto de titulación tiene como objetivo implementar un prototipo de una herramienta tecnológica que permita automatizar las actividades que se llevan a cabo en el soporte técnico del departamento de TI de la empresa Alimensabor Cía. Ltda. y que facilite la administración de la información de los diferentes tipos de incidentes que se presenten a diario, facilitando la asignación de recursos y niveles de criticidad de los mismos y por ende pretende mejorar los tiempos de respuesta. Además, el desarrollo de un módulo que se va a integrar a la herramienta para que permita al jefe de tecnología llevar un control sobre los indicadores del área con menos margen de error en los reportes. Para la implementación de la herramienta GLPI y el desarrollo del módulo se utilizó PHP, MySql y Xampp – Apache; la metodología utilizada y la que se adaptó mejor en el desarrollo de este proyecto fue las buenas prácticas del Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), esta metodología ayudó a estructurar, planificar y controlar cada fase del proyecto. Pretendiendo tener como resultado final la automatización del proceso de soporte técnico del departamento de TI.

This project aims are to implement a technological tool to automate the activities carried out in the technical support of the IT department of the company Alimensabor and to facilitate the administration in the Information on the different types of incidents that occur on a daily basis, reducing the waste of paper, facilitating the allocation of criticality levels of the same and thus optimizing response times. In addition, the development of a module that will be integrated into the tool to allow the chief of technology to control the area's indicators with less margin of error in the reports. For the implementation of the tool GLPI and the development of the module was used PHP, MYSQL and Xampp-Apache; the methodology used and the one that improved the development of this project was the good practices of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), this methodology helped to structure, plan and control each phase of the project. Achieving as the end result the IT department's technical support automation.
