INCIDENCIA DE LA MALLA CURRICULAR DEL PSICÓLOGO EN LAS PRÁCTICAS PRE-PROFESIONALES DEL ÁREA ORGANIZACIONAL

Abstract

La práctica pre profesional representa el primer acercamiento del estudiante a lo laboral, las mismas que realizadas de manera individual permitieron obtener un aprendizaje bidireccional, que benefició a la empresa con las actividades realizadas y me ayudó a obtener experiencia y conocimientos dentro del campo Industrial, sin embargo durante este proceso de aprendizaje se presentaron dificultades generadas por la actual malla curricular. El actual pénsum académico beneficia al estudiante dotándolo de conocimientos en todos los campos de actuación del Psicólogo, en el ámbito Industrial la formación académica propicia bases generales necesarias para el trabajo organizacional sin embargo el contexto real requiere que los estudiantes posean conocimientos directos del área que le permitan desenvolverse satisfactoriamente en la práctica. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo general comprender la manera en que incide la malla curricular en la práctica pre profesional del área organizacional, teniendo como objeto de la sistematización la formación académica impartida a través del pénsum y el desarrollo de las prácticas Industriales. Utilizando una metodología de investigación descriptiva a través de un estudio cualitativo se obtuvo información relevante para cumplir con los objetivos generales y específicos. Los resultados de la investigación reflejan que los estudiantes de Psicología de la Universidad de Guayaquil poseen conocimientos claves pero no específicos del ámbito Industrial, lo cual genera dificultades en el desarrollo de sus prácticas. Este estudio propone fortalecer el contenido organizacional de la malla curricular a nivel teórico y práctico para enriquecer el desarrollo de la práctica pre profesional

The present work has as general objective to understand the way in which the curricular network affects the pre professional practice of the organizational area, having as an object of the systematization the academic formation given through the curriculum and the development of the Industrial practices. Using a methodology of descriptive research through a qualitative study was obtained relevant information to meet the general and specific objectives. The results of the research show that the students of Psychology at the University of Guayaquil have key but not specific knowledge of the Industrial field, which generates difficulties in the development of their practices. This study proposes to strengthen the organizational content of the curricular network at a theoretical and practical level to enrich the development of pre-professional practice
