FACTORES DE RIESGOS PSICOSOCIALES DE LOS COLABORADORES DEL ÁREA DE FAENAMIENTO DE LA PLANTA PROCESADORA DE LA EMPRESA AVÍCOLA FERNÁNDEZ S.A

Abstract

El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo identificar los factores de riesgo psicosociales en el área de faenamiento de la Planta Procesadora del Km. 46 vía a la Costa de la Empresa Avícola Fernández S.A. en el año 2014 – 2015. Se ha utilizado la aplicación informática FPSICO 3.1. junto con su cuestionario impreso compuesto por 44 preguntas, que abarcan 86 ítems para identificar 9 factores de riesgos psicosociales, dicho método es aplicado a 81 colaboradores que representan la totalidad del área. Con la información obtenida se logra determinar que existen tres factores de riesgos psicosociales altos: Autonomía, Participación/Supervisión y Carga de trabajo, incluyendo en el análisis algunas características sociodemográficas y personales. Se describen comportamientos de la población en términos de los factores de riesgos más significativos concluyendo además que no existe un grado de influencia directa entre el rendimiento y el factor de riesgo psicosocial AUTONOMIA y que no existe un grado de influencia directa entre el rendimiento y el factor de riesgo psicosocial PARTICIPACIÓN/SUPERVISION del FPSICO 3.1. Esta investigación es modalidad cuantitativa, de tipo aplicada, no experimental, y con análisis correlacional causal

The objective of the present titration work is to identify the psychosocial risk factors in the slaughter area of ​​the Processing Plant of Km. 46 via the Coast of Empresa Avícola Fernández S.A. in the year 2014 - 2015.
