ESTUDIO DE APLICACIÓN DEL PROCEDIMIENTO PARLAMENTARIO EN LOS PARTIDOS POLÍTICOS Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LA PARTICIPACIÓN DE LOS MILITANTES EN EL CANTÓN QUEVEDO, AÑO 2017

Abstract

Actualmente las organizaciones políticas y sociales se organizan y se dirigen a través del procedimiento parlamentario, esto permiten democratizar los eventos de elecciones y encuentros internacional, este instrumento posibilita el desarrollo de las sesiones y asambleas en forma deliberante y ordenada. Este instrumento es poco utilizado por los partidos políticos en Quevedo, en época de elecciones se observa la apertura de centrales y reuniones esporádicas. La investigación se basa en el estudio para determinar si se aplica el procedimiento parlamentario en los partidos políticos, y cómo influye en la participación de los militantes. Para la investigación se tomara encuenta los contenidos y fundamentos del procedimientos parlamentarios , asi como otros cotenidos que seran el soporte del marco teorico. En la metodologia se aplico el enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, tipo de investigacion descriptva exploratorio, de campo, y los metodos inductivo deductivo. Con los resultados y analaisis de las encuntas y entrevista, se determina que la popuesta es posible y que consiste en talleres de comunicación para la socilizacion del procedimiento parlamentario con el objeto de incentvar la participacion de los militantes de los partidos politicos.

Nowadays political and social organizations are organized and directed through parliamentary procedure, this allows to democratize the events of elections and international meetings, this instrument makes possible the development of the sessions and assemblies in a deliberate and orderly way. This instrument is little used by the political groups in Quevedo, at the time of elections we see the opening of power plants and sporadic meetings. The research is based on the study to determine whether the parliamentary procedure is applied in political parties, and how they influence the participation of militants. For the investigation will be taken into account the contents and foundations of the parliamentary procedures, as well as other contents that will be the support of the theoretical framework. In the methodology twas applied the quantitative and qualitative approach, type of exploratory descriptive exploration, field, and inductive deductive methods. With the results and analaisis of the lines and interview, it is determined that the population is possible and that consists of communication workshops for the socialization of the parliamentary procedure with the purpose of inviting the participation of the militants of the political parties.
