dc.description.abstract | The molars are an important part of dental pathology, by repetition, for its
diversity of presentation and pathology and accidents that often trigger. In
this research paper analyzes the problems that create the third molars by
the high frequency of inclusion and often cause pain in patients suffering
incorrect eruptions occurs. And where it is the main objective scientifically
bring the future professional dentist to expand their knowledge, and quality
of care to the patient to intervene, having inclusion in third molars. For
which the inductive method was used - as tools deductive and literature
reviews, the design of this research is not experimental, documentary,
bibliographic and descriptive. So it is concluded that the eruption of
permanent teeth is part of a complex series of genetically controlled
events. Through these episodes, a dental germ develops, and the tooth
erupts into archway in its functional position. There is a time phase defined
for each tooth eruption. At this stage, the stage of dental inclusion is part
of the process of continuous eruption and therefore is considered
physiological. The different anatomical positions determine the various
risks for the development of pathological conditions and planning of
surgery. Studies of anatomical relationships of these molars help in the
discussion to give the diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
