“Control de la cicatrización de los tejidos duros y blandos en el postoperatorio de terceros molares

Abstract

La cicatrización es un proceso fisiológico, que cumple diferentes etapas. Después de un tratamiento quirúrgico, se va a producir una serie de cambios en el alveolo dental y hueso, lo cual influye mucho la técnica que utiliza el odontólogo y el estado de salud del paciente para que no, presente cambios inesperados que pueda afectar este proceso reparativo llamado cicatrización. El motivo de este estudio es poder evaluar el proceso de la cicatrización de los tejidos duros y blandos en el postoperatorio de los terceros molares. El cual se realizara un seguimiento en un paciente atendido en la clínica de cirugía de la universidad de Guayaquil, el estudio será realizado mediantes radiografías, fotografías de paso a poso en la evolución de la cicatrización y poder observar las fases que conlleva este proceso tan completo como es la cicatrización del alveolo dental. Será un aporte valido ya que así, vamos a poder cuidar y no maltratar al tejido que es tan noble y la vez tan completo al momento de la cicatrización. Se estudiara como se repara la mucosa, el hueso y los tejidos nerviosos después del procedimiento quirúrgico. Puede haber una serie de elementos que pueda producir una cicatrización defectuosa y se presentaron algunas recomendaciones que pueden favorecer una reparación exitosa.se considerara todo lo que afecte la cicatrización y la regeneración del alveolo y las fases que presenta a su debido tiempo y la evolución del paciente después de la cirugía se observara todo este proceso que se produce en los tejidos.
