ANÁLISIS DEL NIVEL DE COMPRA DE LOS CLIENTES DE HANDS DETAILS PARA LA ELABORACIÓN DEL CATÁLOGO DIGITAL Y FÍSICO DEL PORTAFOLIO DE PRODUCTOS DE TARJETERÍA

Abstract

Hands Details es un emprendimiento dedicado a la elaboración de tarjetería para todo tipo de evento social, tiene desde el año 2012 diseñando y creando invitaciones. Hands Details diseña y personaliza las invitaciones de acuerdo a los gustos y preferencias del cliente, predominando así por la originalidad que se le da a cada producto. Las invitaciones son elaboradas con: cartulinas, papeles, texturas, apliques y las distintas técnicas que existen en el mercado. En la actualidad Hands Details cuenta con 146 clientes, la finalidad del trabajo investigativo es de analizar el nivel de compra que tienen los clientes actuales de Hands Details para elaborar el catálogo digital y físico del portafolio de productos de tarjetería.

Hands Details, is an enterprise dedicated to the elaboration of cardboard for all type of social event, it has since 2012 designing and creating invitations. At present Hands Details has 146 real clients, the purpose of this research is to analyze the level of purchase of current customers of Hands Details, to produce a digital and physical catalog of their portfolio of card products.
