Afectación de la situación geográfica a la producción y servicio del hospital básico Ancón 2015

Abstract

El Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social IESS es una entidad pública descentralizada. El Hospital Básico Ancón recibe a pacientes en las áreas de Emergencia, Hospitalización, Consulta Externa y Centro Quirúrgico, en la cual las áreas de Emergencia y Hospitalización tienen horarios de 24 horas los 365 días al año, no obstante, se trata de determinar cuáles son los factores que afectaron a la producción y el servicio del Hospital Básico Ancón en el año 2015. Este trabajo se fundamentará en un estudio de mercado con un enfoque cuali-cuantitativo, con la intención de establecer los determinantes que afectan la producción y el servicio en el Hospital Básico Ancón, donde se evidencia, según la percepción de los afiliados, que la situación geográfica si afecta al traslado de los afiliados, por lo tanto, el ausentismo delos mismos afecta la producción y el servicio del Hospital Básico Ancón, en horarios de la tarde y noche. El 82.4% tiene problemas en acudir al Hospital. Así también, el 81.9% de los encuestados indica que el tiempo utilizado para acudir al Hospital es muy largo, esto se debe a que el transporte público ingresa a otras parroquias antes de llegar a la parroquia Ancón, esto con la finalidad de que el Servicio sea eficiente y eficaz dirigido a los clientes.
