Gestión estratégica empleando el balanced Scorecard como herramienta caso práctico Club Naval Guayaquil

Abstract

Con el propósito de implementar una herramienta que facilite la toma de decisiones mediante un sistema de control que garantice la optimización de los recursos, se presenta la propuesta de implementación del Balanced Scoredcard en el Club Naval Guayaquil, que tiene como objetivo lograr eficiencia, eficacia y productividad con los recursos de la empresa. En el primer capítulo se expone el problema, de dónde nace la necesidad de implementar un sistema de control, cuáles serían las ventajas y resultados a obtener, cómo se encuentra estructurada la empresa, a quiénes está dirigida, y los servicios que ofrece. En el segundo capítulo, encontraremos un extracto de la teoría del Balanced Scoredcard y la gestión estratégica, mostrando detalladamente los procesos a seguir para la correcta implementación y ejecución de esta herramienta de control; demostrando con ejemplos reales su utilidad. En el tercer capítulo, se mostrará el desarrollo práctico de la teoría presentada en el segundo, dando a la administración una pauta para el control de sus procesos y optimización de sus recursos, mediante la implementación del software “BSC Designer”; definiendo previamente sus conceptos, objetivos, estrategias e indicadores de medición. En definitiva, será un instrumento de gestión empresarial que permitirá a la empresa adaptarse y saber actuar rápidamente frente a los frecuentes cambios de dirección estratégica provocados por un entorno competitivo. “Si Ud. no maneja su propio autobús, no importa mucho donde pretenda ir, porque no llegará de ningún modo” Richard Bandler

With the purpose, to implement a tool that facilitate the making decisions, through a control system that ensure the optimization of resources, we present the proposal to implement the Balanced Scorecard at the Club Naval Guayaquil, which aims to achieve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity with the resources of the company. In the first chapter, the problem is exposed, whence comes the need to implement a control system, what are the benefits and results to obtain. It also explains the organizational structured of the company, to whom it is directed, and the services offer by them. In the second chapter, we'll find an extract of the theory of Balanced Scorecard and strategic management, showing in detail the processes to follow for the correct implementation and execution of this control tool demonstrating with actual examples its usefulness. In the third chapter is the practical development of the theory presented in the second, giving the administration a pattern to control their processes and optimize their resources, by implementing the software "BSC Designer"; previously defined the concepts, objectives, strategies and, measurement indicators. Definitely, BSC is a business management tool that will allow businesses adapt and know how to act quickly to frequent changes in strategic direction caused by a competitive environment
