La nube en el Ecuador, opciones de migración y propuesta de un estudio comparativo para el resguardo y almacenamiento de la información de empresas públicas en el año 2015

Abstract

La presente investigación analiza las diferentes propuestas de proveedores que brindan el servicio de la Computación en la Nube por medio del cual se especifica las opciones de servicios existentes, los costos de cada servicio, la seguridad que implementa cada proveedor y características de los mismos que permiten conocer más sobre los beneficios, ventajas y desventajas que se obtiene al momento de adquirir éste servicio. Con el fin de despejar dudas sobre el tema se define conceptos básicos y necesarios entre las cuales está el qué es la computación en la nube, Data Center, Software como Servicio, Infraestructura como Servicio, Plataforma como Servicio, Integridad de los datos, Acuerdo de Niveles de Servicios, entre otros. Para el desarrollo del mismo se usó metodologías de investigación de campo, bibliográfica, descriptiva, exploratoria, inductiva y deductiva dando a conocer el porqué de cada metodología. Se muestra por medio del análisis de encuestas que existe gran población que aún no se ven en la necesidad de adquirir el servicio quedando así expuestos a la posible pérdida de información sea por desastres naturales, delincuencia, mal soporte a servidores, etc.

This research analyzes the different providers' proposals that offer the service of Cloud Computing whereby it specifies the optional services such as the cost of each service, the seller's security and their features that enable to know more about the benefits, advantages and disadvantages that get when purchasing this service, in order to clear doubts about the issue. It defines the necessary and basic concepts in which is the Cloud Computing, Data Center, Software as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, Data Integrity, and Agreement of Service levels, among others. For its development, it was used different field research methodologies, bibliographic, descriptive, exploratory, inductive and deductive revealing why each methodology was used. It is shown by the analysis of different surveys that there are a big population that they do not need to purchase the service, it exposes to the possible loss of information either by natural disasters, crime, bad server support, and others.
