El proyecto se basa en la capacitación, producción y comercialización de artículos artesanales; lo que conlleva a un aumento en calidad, cantidad y formación, que se verá reflejada en los ingresos económicos para los habitantes del cantón Gral. Villamil (Playas) y sus alrededores; como también incentivar, el turismo hacia el cantón, que tanto redundará en su beneficio
