| dc.description.abstract | El propósito del trabajo de investigación, será el de robustecer la Gerencia Educativa y la
gestión de la Supervisión Escolar, de la escuela Particular Católica “Santa Teresita del
cantón Naranjal Provincia del Guayas. El punto de partida fue un diagnóstico basado en
la observación directa de los involucrados, observándose una escasa gerencia
educativa con una supervisión basada en elementos legales, y no en el ser humano
como sujeto objeto de asociamiento administrativo. Este trabajo es un valioso aporte
para todos los que dirigen una institución educativa, ya que en la actual época que
vivimos de cambios y transformaciones, el Gerente debe estar preparado para
Gerenciar el plantel. Conocer las funciones que integran el proceso administrativo,
características que debe poseer el administrador, paradigmas organizacionales y
educativos. Otro punto importante es la gestión de la Supervisión Escolar, fundamental
en el mejoramiento del proceso enseñanza aprendizaje. La Supervisión debe estar
orientada hacia un proceso de gestión institucional participativa, donde lo principal debe ser la evaluación de todo el proceso. En los que se motive a participar responsable y conscientemente a los principales implicados en la labor educativa, como Gerente de
Aula o como padre de familia, para tomar decisiones que incidan positivamente en la
calidad de los servicios que el plantel ofrece. Este trabajo se identifica con la modalidad de proyecto factible, está apoyado en una investigación de campo, descriptiva,
bibliográfica. Se aplicó, encuestas, entrevistas, por medio de un cuestionario de
preguntas estandarizado y estructurado, dirigido a Directivos, docentes, representantes legales. Este trabajo aportará con un manual de procedimientos internos, que será el recurso para mejorar las actividades académicas y administrativas del plantel. Con éste trabajo de investigación se beneficiará a Directivos, docentes, estudiantes y comunidad
Naranjaleña. The purpose of this project is to improve the Educational Management and
Supervision Management at "Santa Teresita School in Naranjal town. The first
stage was a diagnostic based on the direct observation of many people involved
in it; the results showed a extremely weaknesses education management
supervision based on legal politics rather than the human being as objectsubject
of administrative association. This project it is a valuable contribution to
all who direct a school, because in the new age that we live. There’re many
changes and transformations. A manager must be prepared to manage the site
knowing the functions that make up the administrative process, features that
must have the administrator, organizational and educational paradigms. Another
important point is the management of School Supervision, which is very important
in the improvement of the teaching-learning process. The Supervision should be
oriented towards a participatory institutional management, where the main thing
should be the evaluation of the entire process. Where the people involved feel
motivated to participate responsibly and consciously in major educational efforts
as a Classroom Manager or as a parent to make decisions that impact positively
on the quality of the services that the school offers. This project is identified as a
feasible one, because it is supported by a field and a descriptive research. In it
was applied interviews; surveys throughout a standardized and structured
questionnaire focused on educators, parents and Directors. This work will provide
a manual of internal procedures, which will be the resource for improving
academic and administrative activities in the school. This research will benefit
executives, teachers, students and overall the Naranjal community. | |
