dc.descriptionThe COVID-19 pandemic brought a highly complex institutional mission to national legal practice: dealing with judicial and extrajudicial acts dealing with social isolation. Like any new event without regulation by the legal system, notarial and registration acts also had to face this challenge, forcing operators and legislators to create new mechanisms to meet social demands, under the risk of subverting the relevant delegation of the public service by State.
