| dc.description | La apología del terrorismo y otros delitos de similar calado que castigan la incitación o el enaltecimiento del terrorismo están experimentando un crecimiento exponencial en su tipificación alrededor de todo el mundo. En España y Perú esta tendencia no es nueva: desde la década de los años 1990 se han ido sucediendo diversas reformas que tipificaban de distinta manera los comportamientos mencionados. En el presente trabajo se analiza la evolución comparada de estos delitos y las tendencias marcadas por la jurisprudencia. | |

In Spain and Peru this trend is not new: since the 1990’s a large number of legal modifications have criminalized such practices.
