| dc.description | El presente trabajo de tesis tiene como objetivo el analizar el proceso de Reforma
del Financiamiento de Partidos Políticos, buscando estudiar los momentos en los
que se han dado las modificaciones en la legislación al respecto, analizando los
propósitos y objetivos que tuvieron al implementarse, y observando el
comportamiento de los actores dentro del Congreso que intervinieron en la
misma. Se buscará entender y analizar cuáles han sido las motivaciones que
tuvieron los congresistas, actores primordiales para la aprobación de la
legislación respectiva, para implementar las sucesivas reformas desde el 2003
en el Perú (cuando no existía regulación sobre financiamiento político), y si estas
fueron suficientes para lograr su aprobación. | |
| dc.description | The present thesis work aims to analyze the process of Political Parties Financing
Reforms, seeking to study the moments in which the modifications in the
legislation in this regard have occurred, analyzing the purposes and objectives
that they had when they were implemented, and observing the behavior of the
actors within the Congress who participated in it. It will seek to understand and
analyze what have been the motivations of the congressmen, primary actors for
the approval of the respective legislation, to implement the successive reforms
since 2003 in Perú (when there was no regulation on political financing), and if
these were sufficient to achieve your approval. | |
