dc.descriptionThis article analyzes the right of authors, artists, phonographic producers and broadcasting organizations in relation with the use of their productions through streaming platforms, as well as the main infringements that the users are committed in this platforms. Finally, we review the most recent decisions issued by the Indecopi Copyright Commission in relation to the blocking of websites that provide the streaming service in Peru.en-US
