dc.description	The argumentation based on consequences is used in daily life. However, the legal field, it has to accomplish some requisites to be admissible. Thus, the purpose of this article is define what kind of reasoning by consequences can be used in the legal field. For this, it will be presented where the argumentation works, the ways of presenting it, scenarios in which it is not admissible and, finally, the types of consequences that can rightfully be invoked.	en-US
dc.description	La argumentación por consecuencias es utilizada en la vida diaria. Sin embargo, en el ámbito jurídico, esta debe cumplir ciertos requisitos para ser admisible. En ese sentido, el presente artículo tiene el propósito de determinar qué tipo de razonamiento por consecuencias puede usarse en el ámbito jurídico. Para ello, se presentará donde opera este tipo de argumentación, las formas de presentarla, los escenarios en los que no es admisible y, finalmente, los tipos de consecuencias que legítimamente pueden ser invocados.	es-ES
